About

Dr. Allison Leuin is a Southern California native and grew up in Los Angeles. Prior to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine, she attended NYU, received a degree in Music Business, and subsequently worked in the music industry. After deciding to transition to veterinary medicine, Dr. Leuin earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She then matched for a Rotating Small Animal Internship at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. Following her internship, Dr. Leuin matched and completed her residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Leuin received the Resident of the Year award. Following residency, Dr. Leuin was the staff Internal Medicine clinician and Department Head of Internal Medicine at Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists in Colorado. Dr. Leuin particularly enjoys management of infectious and immune-mediated diseases along with minimally invasive diagnostic procedures. Dr. Leuin has been accepted as a Diplomate into the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine.
