About

Amy Buck has had a passion for science and medicine from an early age. She blended this with her love of all creatures when she completed her studies at UC Davis to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Since then, she has been a practicing emergency veterinarian with a penchant for learning and continued studies. In her spare time, she loves to be at the beach playing volleyball or surfing. She spends as much time as she can with her boyfriend Jason, and her beloved dog Truman.

Prior to working with small animals, she worked in the heart of the thoroughbred racing world in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed an internship in equine surgery and anesthesia.
