About

Dr. Taylor Stephens grew up in Virginia near Washington, DC. He attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville for undergrad and Virginia Tech in Blacksburg for veterinary school. After graduating in 2016, he completed a rotating internship at Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle. He’s been practicing emergency medicine ever since and has had the opportunity to live and work in several different cities including Kansas City, Sacramento, San Diego, and Seattle. Dr. Stephens joined VSH North County in 2023 and is very excited to call San Diego home again.

When he’s off the ER floor, he enjoys trying new restaurants and breweries, cooking, and traveling. He lives with his partner, Rob, and a tripod Golden Retriever, Friday.
