VSH North County’s first CE Trivia Night!

  • Date & time: Thursday, August 27, from 6 PM - 9:30 PM

  • Speaker: John Gagnepain, DVM, DACVIM, and Elizabeth Gagnepain, DVM, DACVIM

  • 2 hours of CE credit

Join us for a fun, case-based learning experience that puts a new spin on continuing education. Through interactive trivia and real-world clinical scenarios, we’ll explore gait abnormalities, neurolocalization, common neurological causes of abnormal gait, and musculoskeletal conditions that can complicate the clinical picture.

Come test your knowledge, learn alongside your colleagues, and earn 2 RACE-approved CE credits in a relaxed and engaging setting.

Prizes will be awarded, and dinner and drinks are included!

ASCEND: Advancing Veterinary Medicine Together

  • Date & time: Sunday, October 4, from 9 AM - 4 PM

  • Speaker: Expert speakers across multiple specialty tracks

  • 6 hours of CE credit

ASCEND is a full-day, multi-track veterinary symposium presented by Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County. Designed for veterinarians and veterinary support staff, ASCEND brings together clinical excellence, collaboration, and innovation in one dynamic learning experience.

The day will feature expert speakers across multiple specialty tracks, offering practical insights and advanced education to support every member of the veterinary team. Attendees will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and a lively Yappy Hour to close out the event, along with entertainment and meaningful opportunities to connect with colleagues and industry partners.

We offer a variety of learning experiences designed to support teams, strengthen connections, and create meaningful opportunities for growth across our veterinary community. These offerings provide flexible ways to engage in continuing education while fostering collaboration and shared learning.

  • Lunch n’ Learns (by request)  Interactive sessions designed to bring teams together in a familiar setting, encouraging discussion, case-based learning, and practical application during the workday.
