Crystal was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where her journey in veterinary medicine began at just 15 years old as a kennel assistant at a local veterinary hospital. This early experience sparked her deep passion for animal care and set her on a lifelong path in the field.

 She earned her degree from Carrington College of California and became a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in 2011. Crystal has over 15 years of experience in veterinary medicine, including more than 9 years in leadership roles. She is especially passionate about patient care, team collaboration, and mentorship.

In January 2025, Crystal joined Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County as a Hospital Service Manager. In this role, she oversees several specialty departments, including Neurology, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Cardiology, and Anesthesia, supporting both clinical teams and operational excellence.

When she’s not at the hospital, you can likely find Crystal enjoying the outdoors, at the beach, paddle boarding with her dog, Stitch, or making a magical escape to Disneyland.
