Gabby began her journey at VSH North County as a Client Care Specialist before advancing to Client Care Supervisor. Driven by her passion for operations and team support, she transitioned into hospital management. As the Hospital Service Manager for Medical Services (Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Internal Medicine, and Medical Oncology departments), she now focuses on optimizing efficiency and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.

Originally from Minnesota, Gabby grew up in North County San Diego and earned her B.A. in Sociology from UC San Diego. She is committed to cultivating a workplace where teams feel valued, empowered, and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her dog, Hamilton.
